Twenty Four Hour Engineering Ltd specializes in providing a comprehensive range of services, from bespoke projects to high-volume batch manufacturing and project assistance in all areas of Engineering and Architectural Metalwork.
All our processes are carried out in-house at our workshops located in Medway, Kent, except for processes like galvanizing and anodizing. This allows us to maintain tight control over our production line and efficiently accommodate last-minute customer requests.
We have five departments, each staffed with experienced and dedicated teams that bring years of expertise in the Engineering and Architectural Metalwork industries to meet your needs.
Our services include:
- Sheet Metal work, utilizing both CNC and manual press brakes.
- Laser Cutting for Aluminium and Stainless Steel up to 20mm thick.
- CNC Machining, featuring 5 milling machines and 2 lathes, along with 3D modeling and AutoCAD programming.
- Fabrication for general works in Stainless, Aluminium, and Steel, including structural work under EN1090-EXC2.
- Site Installations across the UK by fully trained operatives.
- Powder Coating services up to 6 meters in length through our sister company, JDM Powder Tech Ltd.
Our Services
Fabrication
We are certified for BSEN1090-EXC2, enabling us to perform general fabrication and structural work for both steel and aluminum.
Curtain Walling
We are an authorized manufacturer of Raico and Schuco, capable of producing curtain walling systems that fulfill all specified requirements.
Glass & Glazing
We have accounts in the UK and internationally, allowing us to source and install all types of glass, including both flat and curved specifications.
Sheet Metal Work
Our CNC and manual press brakes, scrolling machines, rollers, and croppers enable us to fold materials up to 4 meters in length and 10mm in thickness.
CNC Machining
Our dedicated CNC machine shop houses, 2 lathes and 5 milling machines, with in house design using AutoCAD Fusion 360.
Laser Cutting
Fibre laser cutting, offers us the flexibility for those last minute laser cutting requirements, in Stainless, Aluminium, Non ferrous and Steel.
Site Installations
We provide installations throughout the UK with our fully trained skilled operatives. Our services include site welding, glazing, façade panelling doors and windows.
We offer polyester powder coating, paint stripping, and shot blasting services for items up to 6 meters in length, all performed at our workshop using architectural-grade paint.
