Borras Construction Ltd
St Mary's University Campus
We collaborated with Borras Construction Ltd to refurbish Block M at St Mary's University Campus in Twickenham, London.
The project involved the removal, supply, and installation of 160 Comar Aluminium doors and windows.
With a committed team and a Project Manager on-site for three months, we completed the removal, manufacturing, and installation on schedule.
The building now boasts a modern appearance, improved insulation, and an attractive design.
Balfour Beatty Construction
60 Curzon Street, Mayfair
Working alongside Balfour Beatty Construction, we became involved in the 60 Curzon project in March 2023, contributing to its successful completion. Our dedicated Project Manager and a team of eight operatives handled a range of tasks, including the supply and installation of Schuco doors, parapet panelling, glazing, canopies, and main entrance installation. Even after the project's completion, we continue to provide aftercare support and maintenance services for the building's owners.

Selux UK
Barking Riverside Station
Collaborating with Selux UK Ltd, Twenty Four Hour Engineering Ltd assisted in the initial design of trunking products tailored for Selux's specially designed lighting, speakers, and CCTV cameras.
Utilizing custom extrusions imported from Germany, the project involved precision CNC engineering, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly.
The product was designed for ease of installation as well as its practicality, supplying the site with hundreds of meters of custom powder-coated trunking, machined cover profiles, suspension rods, and brackets. Twenty Four Hour Engineering Ltd provided a comprehensive solution from the initial design to the installation process.
Balfour Beatty Construction
Lewisham Gateway Project
We collaborated with Balfour Beatty to provide various components for the project, including both supply-only and supply-and-install services.
Our involvement included conducting site surveys, supplying approval drawings, manufacturing façade panels and bracketry, performing door remedial works, supply of the cinema entrance lobby, and the installation of handrails, ensuring we addressed all necessary areas.
By attending weekly production meetings and having a team of fixers on-site to tackle multiple tasks, we successfully supported Balfour Beatty in completing the project until the very end.
