Twenty Four Hour Engineering are proud to be Certified in respect to EN 1090 - 1:2009+A1:2011 - Execution of steel structures and aluminium structures.

The manufacture (including welding) and installation of structural work in steel up to and including execution class 2 (EXC2) as defined in EN 1090-2.
Since Twenty Four Hour Engineering was founded in 1995 our dedicated machine shop has grown in both it's capabilities and knowledge. Our in house team of CNC Machine Operatives have extensive knowledge of the industry and are able to offer you peace of mind.
With our in house CNC Mills and lathe machines we are able to undertake may different projects from batch production to prototypes.

Twenty Four Hour Engineering has the skilled workforce to provide simple plates and brackets through to complex units and assemblies. We specialise in a range of processes, including laser cutting, folding, punching, welding and powder coating, meaning we can work on your project from start to finish in-house.​
We have the capacity to produce items from small single units or low volumes to large batch items if required.

We are able to laser cut sheet metal to order, including one-off items and prototypes to high volume production projects.

At Twenty Four Hour Engineering Ltd our Architectural division offer the whole package; from the initial design through to manufacturing and installation. We specialise in be-spoke entrances, doors and screens in Steel, Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Brass & Bronze.

Our in-house design team work with the latest versions of AutoCAD, Advanced Steel & Fusion 360 and can produce both approval and manufacturing drawings.
