Here at Twenty Four Hour Engineering we have our own facilities to cut and fold sheet material, up to 4 metres long and up to 8mm thick in Aluminium & Mild steel, 3mm in Stainless steel.

We can roll tube, box section or flat bar in our Ring Rollers and have the ability to roll sheet up to 5mm thick x 1 Metre wide in our sheet metal rolls.

Over the years we have undertaken many different projects from simple fabricated boxes to extravagant Water features, Canopies, Staircases and Balustrades many of which have included structural glass. Our highly skilled craftsmen can fabricate to close tolerances and enjoy producing beautiful artistic works.

Much of our Bespoke work is supplied and fitted in upmarket private houses in London, where we work with Clients and Architects alike. We have even produced several aluminium chandeliers, some 3 metres high and 2.5 metres in diameter, which are being used by our clients for Corporate Functions and Weddings as a decorative centre piece.
